#13 - How to Follow Up on a Curative Record?

Users, especially requesters, can initiate a follow-up on a previously reported issue. Below are the steps to do so.

From the "Curative" tab in the menu, click on "Maintenance Thread".

Then click on one of the maintenance activities listed, and then on "Revive".

This allows you to add a mandatory comment on the follow-up record, and then click "Follow Up".
