1. Go to the application settings.
2. Navigate to the "corps d'état" section.
3. Create or modify the "corps d'état".

Note: This feature is only accessible to administrator accounts.

How to Associate a Default "corps d'état" to an Equipment Category

1. Go to the equipment category page : https://www.verifgood.fr/categories/equipements
2. Open the equipment category modification window.
3. Choose the "corps d'état" to associate with this category using the dropdown menu.

The defined "corps d'état" will automatically be linked to maintenance records related to equipment in this category.

How to Associate a Default "Technical field" to a Component

1. Go to the room categories page : https://www.verifgood.fr/categories/lieux
2. Double-click on a room category.
3. In the right section, activate the "modify component" function.
4. Double-click on a component.
5. In the editing window, select the corresponding "corps d'état" for this component and confirm.

The defined "corps d'état" will automatically be linked to maintenance records related to this component.

How to Change the "corps d'état" Associated with a Curative Record

1. Access the details of the maintenance record by double-clicking on a record from the table accessible via the corrective menu/curative record.
2. Activate the "modify" function.
3. Change the "corps d'état" associated with this record using the dropdown menu.
