Requester Role
Users with this role can primarily:
- Make intervention requests
- Make requests for consumables
- Consult curative records
- Prompt action on curative records
Technician Role
Users with this role have access to all features except:
- Modifying settings
- Deleting entities (curative records, equipment, locations...)
Admin Role
Users with this role have access to all functionalities including deletion and setting modifications.
Subcontractor Role
These users are linked to a third-party company. Users with this role have access to:
- Curative records, limited to those assigned to the user or their company
- Preventive interventions, limited to those related to contracts with their company
- Contract page restricted to contracts associated with their company
Requester and Verifier Role
Users with this role can primarily:
- Make intervention requests
- Make requests for consumables
- Consult curative records
- Prompt action on curative records
- Validate recurring tasks defined within preventive maintenance
How to Define or Modify a Role
- Navigate to the settings page
- Go to the users and permissions page
- Double-click on the line
- Modify the "role" field
- Validate the modification
